·Please ensure all items with Glass and fragile item(s) are packed prior to Collection. We only offer Blankets and straps While the item is in transit.

·Please ensure you have measured that the Item fits through doors and hallways. In the case where an item doesn’t fit, we can leave it in a safe place outside with your consent.

·Rejecting a Delivery and or failure to specify the correct information about your item may lead to extra charges being applied i.e. extra items and dimensions. The quote is based only on the items and details you have provided about the item. 

​

·We also ask if possible to make the items easily accessible to reduce loading times, this includes any loose items associated with the delivery i.e. keys/screws should be stored separately in a bag.
